Audio Visual Hiring have partnered with a leading company based in North America who provide Corporate Audio Visual, Managed IT, Print and Cloud Solutions.
They are currently looking to grow their Audio Visual Solutions division and as such, they are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Senior Sales professional to join their team.
Our client has multiple locations and you will have the opportunity to be based out of multiple locations across the USA.
The purpose of this position is to take a leading role in reaching and exceeding, where possible targeted sales revenue and gross margin goals set within the annual budget.
In doing so, the BDM is responsible for implementing short and longer-term sales/rev strategies and developing ongoing profitable relationships with Corporate and Enterprise customers. Additionally, they will recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and future sales potential.
The Sales person will be familiar with modern workspace collaboration concepts, practices, and procedures. They will rely on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish the goals.
As part of an integrated team, they will work cooperatively with others in order to grow existing accounts and new business sales while displaying a natural wide degree of creativity and enthusiasm for the role, with the team and domestic and international business.
- Planning and executing sales and account management strategies in collaboration with the Operations and Engineering Product teams to deliver immediate and longer-term profitable revenues.
- Increase of managed services and support agreements and revenue across existing and new clients
- Provide input into Marketing team for delivery of timely collateral and associated materials to the business.
- Prepare and present weekly feedback on business performance, plans and pipeline to your line manager
- Prepare, implement and execute Strategic Account plans at both Group and Account level and update on a quarterly basis
- Respond to ongoing RFPs, to achieve the quarterly targets.
- Monitor all accounts within the portfolio at Group and Account level, and report Quarter on Quarter and Year on Year.
