Description
Audio Visual Hiring are working with a number of leading AV Integrators who are seeking experienced Sales professionals to join their team.
 
Scope of Job: 
  • This role will be primarily focused on developing new and existing clients for the Business Development and Sales team. The role is client facing and the main purpose is uncovering sales opportunities and the means through which ISDM Solutions can further develop our commercial relationships within and beyond the existing client base.
 
Specific Accountabilities
  • Fundamentals of the Job
  • Promote and engage AV & VC Solutions to new and existing client base
  • Promote ISDM Solution’s operating model and management principles
  • Identify and win new clients through effective new business development and account management 
  • Liaise with other ISDM Solutions business teams to deliver client management reports
  • Prepare and present weekly feedback on business performance, plans and pipeline to your line manager
  • Prepare, implement and execute Strategic Account plans at both Group and Account level and update on a quarterly basis 
  • Respond to ongoing RFPs, to achieve the quarterly targets.
  • Monitor all accounts within the portfolio at Group and Account level, and report Quarter on Quarter and Year on Year. 
  • Ensure requirements for the support teams are in place to manage contract SLAs. 
  • Build and maintain account relationships and customer satisfaction. Meet customers at least once per month face to face. 
  • Be able to manage very high revenue based opportunities commercially to meet revenue and margin growth strategies.
  • Provide weekly updates on pipeline of business including accurate CRM management
  • Deliver input to Marketing to pull together and lead sales campaigns.
  • Articulate written format responses to customers’ day to day needs
 
Skills required for this role
  • Sales/Account Management experience in the IT/AV or VC industry and Software Knowledge 
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills (both verbal and written)
  • Willing to travel globally if required 
  • Willing to attend and host customers at Technology events. 
  • Driven by targets and promoting new products and services 
  • Understand basic financial rules, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cost of sale, budget, leasing
