Main Purpose:
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to increase loyalty, trust, and account profitability through expert advice and outstanding service delivery.
Objectives:
- Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Ensure adherence to set budgets and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve company objectives.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing profits.
- Increase the number of qualified leads and demonstrate proactive problem-solving.
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain a flexible and open-minded approach.

Job Responsibilities:
Client Management & Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Drive innovation and client knowledge through education initiatives.
- Attend client meetings and events to provide expert advice.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts.
- Produce accurate sales forecasts and comprehensive quotations.
- Lead presentations and proposals to secure new projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify new markets and opportunities.
Account Management:
- Take project briefs from clients and collaborate with project management teams.
- Ensure profitability margins are maintained for client events.
- Provide post-event feedback and maintain project documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and referrals.
- Maintain detailed project briefs and plans.
- Keep activity logs updated in CRM systems.
General Duties:
- Contact existing and prospective clients to build lasting relationships.
- Work with the marketing department to promote company offerings.
- Participate in exhibitions and events.
- Explore innovation and cost-saving ideas.
- Optimize time management and productivity.
- Provide input for procurement of capital items.
- Maintain booking systems and ensure high-quality standards.
- Act in the best interests of Immersive AV Limited.
- Assist senior management in company growth and improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor positioning.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Essential:
- Strong customer service experience and teamwork skills.
- Minimum of two years of audiovisual/event technology experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to different work situations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work.
- Confident and assertive manner with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to assist and improve current policies and procedures.
Desirable:
- Experience with Current RMS and previous customer management experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
