Job Opportunity: Internal Account Manager (Egham-based)
Our client is a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships worldwide. We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Account Manager to join our Egham team. In this role, you will represent proAV and work alongside and support the Business Managers.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced Internal Account Manager to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity. Experience and seniority of the position will be reflected in the remuneration and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Team with small/BAU sales requirements, including understanding and developing these requirements, producing and submitting quotes, and progressing through to a PO.
- Take sales leads from the Service Team and Help Desk, working them through to quotes and POs.
- Collaborate closely with on-site FM teams to provide sales support and client relationship management/development.
- Work with the Business Development Team for general client activities, demonstration days, promotions, marketing campaigns, etc.
- Develop relationships with clients over time to provide them with dedicated sales support.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to develop and grow your knowledge of AV, aiming to take on increasing responsibility and become self-sufficient.
- Manage client data and update client records within CRM.
- Assist with strategic activities/target growth.
