Job Opportunity: Service Accounts & Contracts Manager
An opportunity has arisen to develop and manage existing and new Service Accounts & Contracts for our company. Our client is a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue maintenance contracts and support proposals.
- Assist in the preparation of Service tender returns and attend post-tender interviews.
- Account manage named Service accounts to ensure all Service activities meet client satisfaction for contract renewal.
- Attend regular Account Management meetings and implement any arising Service actions.
- Develop ongoing Service accounts and resolve contract-related problems.
- Act as the first point of Service escalation for unhappy clients.
- Coordinate with Service Operations teams and Customer Service Agents.
- Prepare and deliver monthly Service reports.
- Ensure all Services are delivered as contracted and align with the Service Catalogue.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the market and identify business opportunities.
- Take opportunities from initial contact to negotiating and closing the sale.
- Become fully conversant with service offerings and effectively sell them into new accounts.
- Identify, develop, and work with strategic partners to assist in business growth.
- Generate single and multi-year support contracts and identify potential AV and video conferencing project opportunities.
