Job Opportunity: Event Producer
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our London team at our clients team, a leading global audio visual integrator providing services across multiple client partnerships worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for event technology support in auditoria, multi-purpose rooms, and offsite venues.
- Plan, implement, support, and report on event technology and associated labor to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide technical direction of equipment and show cues for high-caliber delivery.
- Maintain high knowledge and understanding of event technology.
- Act as an ambassador for ensuring overall standards are maintained.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, event planners, and staff to develop technical solutions.
- Participate in client briefings to establish requirements, provide cost estimates, and recommend technical solutions.
- Liaise with external suppliers to meet SLA requirements, focusing on accountability and customer service.
- Document technical direction, pro-forma, and run to show for events managed.
- Undertake full event pre-testing.
- Take ownership of problems during live events and escalate as necessary, ensuring clients are informed.
- Ensure incident management process is followed for fault resolution and equipment maintenance.
- Set, maintain, and optimize event standards based on internal best practices and external industry trends.
