  • Oversee and manage AV/UC systems daily, providing real-time in-room support for related issues.
  • Log incidents and tickets according to site protocol and ensure resolution within SLA timelines.
  • Diagnose and resolve AV-related issues on a first/second-line basis.
  • Provide system workarounds in the event of failures.
  • Collaborate with off-site help desks and third-party vendors to manage incidents and RMAs.
  • Manage equipment repairs and maintain critical spares inventory.

  • Demonstrate expertise in digital AV environments and structured cable infrastructures.
  • Train and support end users as needed.
  • Be available to provide technical assistance for high-profile events and VIP meetings, including a meet-and-greet service when required.
  • Generate daily reports and liaise with clients to understand meeting requirements and equipment setups.
  • Conduct regular room and system checks (daily/monthly) and oversee preventative maintenance activities.
  • Maintain an accurate asset schedule and critical spares inventory.
  • Assist with ad hoc moves and changes as required.
  • Prepare reports and attend service review meetings as needed.
  • Provide full-time support Monday to Friday, on a shift/rota basis, between 07:00 and 19:00, with flexibility as required.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Proven experience in managing and maintaining AV/UC systems.
  • Strong fault-diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Competence in digital AV environments and a solid understanding of network architecture.
  • Ability to deliver user training and provide individual support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IT literacy and familiarity with structured cabling infrastructures.
  • Experience in supporting high-profile events and VIPs.
